Edge Banding: High-quality same-color PVC edge banding strips must be used, with a thickness of ≥2.0mm. The surface should be smooth, and the edge banding must be tight and flat. The quality must comply with QB/T 4463-2013 "Technical Requirements for Furniture Edge Banding" standards. The content of phthalates (DBP, BBP, DEHP, DNOP, DINP, and DIDP) should be ≤0.001%, and the product should be formaldehyde-free.

Fabric: Made from high-quality leather that has been treated for moisture and corrosion resistance. It features strong breathability, a soft surface, good luster, and high toughness.
Foam: Environmentally friendly high-density, high-resilience PU foam is used, along with non-fluorinated high-elasticity molded sponge and multi-layer silk cotton as filling. The seat cushion foam density is greater than 40 kg/m³, while the back cushion foam density is greater than 25 kg/m³, providing a thick, rounded feel with excellent elasticity.
Internal Frame: Constructed with a solid wood internal frame, with a moisture content of 8-10% in the wood, free from decay and insect damage. It features high-strength S-shaped springs and high-elasticity webbing for support.
