Panel: High-quality environmentally friendly melamine panels shall be used, and the environmental protection grade shall reach E1 level. The panels are wear-resistant, dirt-resistant, and heat-resistant. The quality shall comply with the standards of GB 18580-2017 and GB/T15102-2017. Indicators such as the modulus of rupture, internal bonding strength, surface bonding strength, moisture content, screw holding power, surface scratch resistance, surface wear resistance, and surface resistance to cigarette burning shall meet the inspection standards. The surface resistance to pollution and corrosion shall reach Grade 5. The density of the panel shall be ≥0.63g/cm³. The screw holding power of the panel (≥1600N for the panel surface and ≥1000N for the panel edge). The formaldehyde emission shall be ≤0.080 mg/m³.

Hot Melt Adhesive: High-quality environmentally friendly hot melt adhesive shall be used, and the quality shall comply with GB 18583-2008 "Limit of Harmful Substances in Adhesives for Interior Decoration Materials", with the total volatile organic compounds ≤5g/kg.
Hardware Accessories: High-quality hardware accessories shall be used, including hardware accessories such as guide rails, door hinges, locks, and three-in-one connectors. After a 100-hour acetic acid salt spray test, the corrosion resistance grade shall reach Grade 10. The quality shall comply with the standards of QB/T3827-1999 (2009) "Test Method for Corrosion Resistance of Metal Coatings and Chemical Treatment Layers of Light Industrial Products - Acetic Acid Salt Spray Test (ASS) Method" and QB/T3832-1999(2009) "Evaluation of the Results of Corrosion Tests on Metal Coatings in the Light Industry".
Edge Banding Tape: High-quality PVC edge banding tapes of the same color shall be used, with a thickness ≥2.0mm. The surface shall be smooth, and the edge banding shall be tight and flat. The quality shall comply with the standard of QB/T 4463-2013 "Technical Requirements for Edge Banding Tapes for Furniture". The content of phthalates (DBP, BBP, DEHP, DNOP, DINP, and DIDP) ≤0.001%, and there shall be no formaldehyde.

Leather Material: High-quality PVC leather or first-layer yellow cowhide finish.
Structure and Sponge: Integrated internal support formed by an internal iron frame structure and high-density shaped sponge.
Painted Surface: Baked enamel finish.
Chassis: Self-contained three-gear locking synchronous tilting chassis with a tilting adjustment function, made of aluminum alloy + steel plate material.
Pneumatic Rod: High-quality grade 4 pneumatic rod, enabling safer free lifting and lowering.
Chair Legs: High-strength 350# aluminum alloy high legs, integrally formed by aluminum alloy die-casting. The static pressure test is 1136KG, conforming to the BIFMA standard.

Sewing: With an average stitch pitch of 4MM, the sewing and covering are flat, full, and free of wrinkles. The tightness is uniform without looseness, and the craftsmanship stitching is symmetrical and even.
